Her organized provision of end-user services and comprehensive re-enrollment initiatives underscored her commitment to excellence. Additionally, she provided full email support and management using MS Word, showcasing her versatility and proficiency in tech-driven environments.

Transitioning to United Bank for Africa (UBA) as a full-time Head Teller from August 2022 to September 2023, she seamlessly operated as a front desk teller, facilitating deposit and withdrawal services while prioritizing top-notch customer service. Her collaborative efforts with developers and designers in designing and delivering products that met user needs and business objectives showcased her innate ability to bridge technical and creative realms.
